With more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, Aleida Suchil has devoted her life to caring for others with compassion, patience and respect. After years of providing care independently and building trusted relationships with local families, she founded A Pleasant Living in 2016.
Aleida’s belief that every client should be cared for like family remains at the heart of the company today, inspiring a legacy of comfort, dignity and peace of mind.

Owner
Evianna Suchil is the owner of A Pleasant Living LLC, proudly serving families throughout Odessa and Midland. She oversees the daily operations and continued growth of the company while ensuring families receive dependable, personalized support. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with clients and provide peace of mind to every family served.
She is proud to continue the legacy her late mother, Aleida Suchil, worked so hard to build.
Evette Garcia
Executive Director
Evette Garcia has over 13 years of caregiving experience, providing compassionate and dependable in-home care. She specializes in senior care, personal and mobility assistance, and providing hands-on support for clients with higher-level and end-of-life care needs. Evette is passionate about helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life while giving their families peace of mind.
